Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Shipping Method – We ship international using Dragon Courier, the No. 1 courier in Thailand for live plants export.
  • Shipping Costs - Our shipping fee is weight-based and is supported for most regions wherein our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for your order.  In case you only see a “Quote My Shipping” in the shipping option, it means that your region is not supported by our system and a manual shipping calculation has to be done prior to payment. 
  • Winter Shipping Protection – We all know that shipping bare-rooted plants during winter season may be perilous as winter temperatures are too frigid for them to endure.  This is why we take extra measures to protect the plants along the way including using an insulated box to keep them warm and healthy, ensuring a safe travel to your doorstep.
  • With all the extra care measures we provide during winter season, we charge an extra of non-refundable $10 to affected countries.
  • Shipping Period – Orders are shipped within 7 days from date of purchase.  It will take another 7 days to get to your doorstep.  A tracking information will be provided at your website account as soon it gets available.  Likewise, your order status will be updated with the most accurate timeline.
  • Delivery of Order – Once your orders have been packed and sent it to the Courier, you are no longer allowed to schedule the delivery of your orders.  As plants are perilous, they cannot stay long in the box, otherwise, they will perish.

    • Phytosanitary Certificate
    • Import Permit copy (may be provided by customer)
