Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders are acceptable under certain conditions:
- Request for cancellation is done within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- If such request was submitted beyond 24 hours, we can still accommodate your request but with 7% restocking fee.
- Depending on the order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on orders to cover the costs of payment processing and labor costs involved.
- No request for cancellation will be entertained after 3 days or once the order has been shipped out.
