- Tracking number will be provided to you for every shipment. Dragon Courier has a high success rate in delivering plants to its destination.
- Order status is updated online from time to time. Simply go to our website and login to your account to check your order status.
- Product photos on our website are for reference only. Rest assured they are closely similar to what we will send you.
- Plants that are out of stock will have the Add to Cart button disabled or, customer is unable to checkout.
- If you have other desired plants in mind but are not available on our website, please contact us. We will help you find your desired plants.
- Make an unboxing video each time you receive your order. This will serve as a solid evidence when filing a complaint.
